You are retested every 6 months, so you see what changed. At-home labs are available for an additional cost. Pricing and availability may vary for members in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
At-home or at a lab?
Both. A walk-in draw at a partner lab near you is included with your membership. If you would rather have a licensed nurse come to you, at-home visits start at $119 per visit. You choose when you schedule your draw.
Is it a subscription?
Yes. An annual membership that renews each year at the then-current rate. You can cancel anytime from your profile or by emailing support@activated.app.
Who looks at my results?
Your bloodwork is processed by CLIA-certified labs. Activated helps you understand your results and track them over time; it is not a substitute for care from your own clinician.
How fast are results?
