At-home or at a lab?
Both. Book a licensed phlebotomist to come to you, or visit a walk-in lab near you. You choose when you schedule your draw.
Is it a subscription?
Yes. An annual membership that renews each year at the then-current rate. You can cancel anytime from your profile or by emailing support@activated.app.
Who looks at my results?
Your bloodwork is processed by CLIA-certified labs. Activated helps you understand your results and track them over time; it is not a substitute for care from your own clinician.
How fast are results?
