Our lab visit service areas are listed below. Cash-pay lab testing is for adults age 18 and older. Access depends on your address, the test, a nearby partner lab, and the required physician order. Not every test is available at every location.

Lab visits are not available in Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island. We are not offering services in Washington, D.C., U.S. territories, or outside the United States at this time.

At-home blood draws
Home draws are limited to select areas. Coverage depends on your ZIP code, address, the test, and a local draw provider. A state on the list above does not mean that home draws are available there.
Prescription care and other services
Prescription care, medication delivery, and gut test kits are not offered through this website. A lab service area does not mean that prescription care is available in that state.
